Job Title: Business Unit Sales Administrator

Position Summary:
This position will support sales efforts in the field, including all sales-related processes and programs.
 
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Manage and track Business Unit MDF budget and resources.
  • Maintain and distribute Business Unit activity calendar.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of seminars and training programs, both at Business Unit facility and at offsite locations.
  • Coordinate local and regional trade shows. This includes the tracking and maintenance of tradeshow properties.
  • Keep SalesLogix accounts, contacts, and sales quotations up-to-date.
  • Support Summer TV campaign by ensuring adequate follow-up by Business unit staff, distributor TM’s, and dealers.
  • Work closely with distributors to obtain sales and inventory data on a regular basis.
  • Monitor Business Unit’s market conditions and trends.
  • Answer frequently-asked questions from sales staff and customers about product, applications, programs, price and availability, order status, resources, etc.

  • Perform other job functions as required.
  •  
    Experience/Training:
  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in a sales support role; HVAC industry a big plus.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, able to multi-task, and good interpersonal skills.
